The Estate of Joan Tausik is responsible for collecting, documenting and preserving her artwork, and for supporting exhibitions, publication and scholarly research into the painter and her times.  In 2016, it established the Joan Tausik Scholarship Fund which is awarded annually to aspiring deaf educators in the visual arts.
